Parent Teacher Interviews


Parent Teacher Interviews for students in all Years are held each semester for the purpose of discussing progress and achievement. Bookings are made via Parent Teacher Online (PTO). The College will close at 1:06pm on the day of the interviews for all students*. Interviews will be held from 2pm to 7pm.

For PTO opening times, instructions & important information about the event, please read the PTO Information and Instructions before you click on the PTO icon to begin booking your interviews. Contact Administration on 9561 4200 for further information. For in-person interviews (in Semester 1) refer to parking, entry and interview rooms on our College map.

Note: Parents will not be able to obtain their PIN number until the date/time when PTO opens for interview bookings.

*Students in Education Support: Students will finish school at their usual time on the day of the Parent Teacher Interviews. Parents and Guardians will be contacted by their child's teacher regarding their Individual Education Support Plan.

    Pathway Planning for Year 11 and 12

    Year 10 Pathway Planning sessions are held for the purpose of discussing your Year 10 child’s intended pathway in Years 11 and 12. Students, with their parents or guardians, can book one 20 minute session with a member of the College’s Leadership Team to ask questions about subjects offered, discuss prerequisites and current results, and receive information about ATAR, General and VET pathways. Information will be provided about a new Building and Construction Pathway which will be available for students commencing Year 11 in 2024. 

    Pathway Planning sessions are conducted from 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday through to Thursday, in College Administration. Parking and entry is via Gate 1 on McCormack Boulevard (refer Map). Read the PTO Instructions and click on the PTO icon above to begin.

    Parents and Guardians of children in Education Support will be contacted at a later date by their child's classroom teacher to discuss classes for 2024.
