IT Services and Compass
Our IT Services team are ready to assist students and parents with queries relating to student computers and Compass - our new school management system in 2024. Compass is our communication and school management system for our College community. Parents, please check your email (including your junk mailbox) for your invitation to join our Compass community. You’ll need your Unique Identifier Code (included in the email) to complete the setup once you’ve downloaded the Compass App to your phone. Compass is also accessible on computers with internet access.In Compass, parents can submit attendance notes, view College news, and access school documents and the calendar. Parents can also communicate with their child’s teachers. In the coming weeks, parents will be able to consent and pay for excursions through Compass. Office 365
Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.…) is free for students to download from the Department of Education’s student portal. Please read the Instruction Guide below or call Butler College IT Services via the email above or on 9561 4200 during school hours if you need assistance.
